FAQs

How does it all work online?

Easy! Everything you need for both your fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle programming will all be available in one mobile app. You can complete everything on your own time and schedule that works best for you.

how do i know if i am exercising properly when you aren’t there?

Great question! All of your workouts will have in-app written and visual tutorials. My clients have unlimited form checks, which is a video you send of yourself doing any exercise to me, so I can help you with your form and critique anything necessary.

what if i don’t have access to a gym or have minimal equipment?

No problem at all! We can work with what you have. You can still have a solid workout regime without any equipment.

how do we communicate?

I am available 24/7 for you to message, and I will respond within 24 hours on business days (M-F). We also have a community channel where you can ask group questions and share knowledge, tips, or recipes.

how do you conduct check-ins?

Each week you will fill out a check-in form, along with your progress photos and an updated weight entry. We will go through all aspects of your program and make any changes/add-ons where we see fit.

What if I am going on vacation?

My coaching style focuses on creating sustainable lifestyles. This means that you can go on a vacation or have a social event and still stay on track! We will work together to ensure you can still complete any workouts you wish on your trip, keep your nutrition in check, and still enjoy the heck out of your trip
